Hi Just purchased a brand new vaio fz35g from Sony Company showroom from Atria Mall Mumbai. When turned on for 1st time it have Virus Hacktools on it. Called Sony for Help they made me do the recovery from the mirror image supplied with vaio on the hard disk. That didn’t help either the virus was back. Took it to company service centre at Gamdevi Mumbai. The technician again did the recovery only to find the virus re-sruface again. Twenty days have passed since then the Company has no answer to this. Cutomer care Call Centre just promises to call back each time but does not call back. I’m not sure what to do. Due to this I haven’t even started using the laoptop since I bought it last month. Feel cheated and shart changed by Sony. Anyone with any ideas please help ??

Looks like the image supplied to you is infected. They must replace the image itself. It is due to this fact that nothing has helped, and everytime you restore the image, it resurfaces.
